We are in the process of creating an online learning program that the athletes can work through at their own pace. This program is called the “High5 Sport Nutrition Series”. It is designed to reinforce and practice the topics presented in the live series. The focus is on practical strategies and overcoming obstacles. The athletes would complete a pre-program test and submit their scores. Then each session will include a short video, a challenge for the week and a short reading assignment. Athletes would be required to inform their coach as they progress through the 5 levels. The sessions would run as follows:

Level 1. Introduction: Food as Fuel. Balanced eating.
Level 2. Fueling before exercise
Level 3. Fueling during exercise
Level 4. Recovery after exercise
Level 5. High Performance Eating as a Habit
